London Stadium are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join the team to assist in the booking of steward and security staff for all London Stadium major events.

You will be working with the Safety Planning Manager and wider safety team to ensure all staffing administration is accurate and legally compliant. You will be responsible for supporting the team with ensuring that staffing allocations for event days, for both in-house workers and agencies, are booked and communicated to relevant people, that changes are implemented and that allocations are monitored for shortages.

You should have enthusiasm, be highly organised and a self-motivated team player, who enjoys managing getting stuck-in to build strong working relationships quickly with a diverse group of staff and stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in an operational event environment, with the opportunity to contribute to the operational and financial success of the stadium, through day to day safety operations, a variety of projects and exciting events such as football, Major League Baseball, concerts, athletics, rugby and community events. No two days will be same so this role will be varied and give you the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of activities. Events take place all year round, and at different times and days, so you will be required to work early mornings, evenings and weekends to fulfil particular project needs.
