We are looking for a Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator to generate the stewarding deployments and departmental rotas according to planned activity and casual Steward availability. To organise and administer all GOO departmental recruitment and training. With experience in working on complex rosters or schedules for a large team, you will ensure that the deployments and rota is delivered on time, and all associated administration is processed promptly, accurately and efficiently.

You will have experience of working in a challenging administration role, with the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will communicate with the rest of the Ground Operations’ Office, and report rota-related or Steward Team performance issues when necessary. You will work with the Senior Operations Manager (Ground), Senior Operations Manager (Pavilion), Operations Manager (Stewards) and Operations Manager (Security) on specific match day staff requirements, event related staffing and Gate Staff Rotas.

With strong experience of working with rostering software, you will produce reports from the workforce management system when required. You will have demonstrable experience of establishing effective systems and processes, recognising and recommending improvement where necessary, and communicating those to others.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience within recruitment operations preferable.
- Demonstrate experience of establishing effective systems and processes (recognising and recommending improvement where necessary) and communicating those to others.
- A team worker with the ability to both establish good working relationships and to support and co-operate with others.
- Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills, including the ability to produce reports and analyse data to a high standard.
- Self-motivating with a positive and proactive approach.
