Are you a Staffing Operations Coordinator looking for a new opportunity at one of the worlds best known sporting arenas? We are looking for a Senior Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator to generate the stewarding deployments and departmental rotas according to planned activity and casual Steward availability. To organise and administer all GSO departmental recruitment andtraining. With experience in working on complex rosters or schedules for a large team, you will ensure that the deployments and rota is delivered on time, and all associated administration is processed promptly, accurately and efficiently. You will have experience of working in a challenging administration role, with the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will communicate with the rest of the Ground Superintendent's Office, and report rota-related or Steward Team performance issues whennecessary. You will work with the Senior Operations Manager (Ground), Senior Operations Manager (Pavilion), Operations Manager (Stewards) and Head of Security on specific match day staff requirements, event related staffing and Gate Staff Rotas. Strong experience of working with rostering systems/software, you will produce reports from rostering system when required. You will have demonstrable experience of establishing effective systems and processes, recognising and recommending improvement wherenecessary, and communicating those to others. **Benefits**: - Free onsite gym - Onsite canteen - Discounts - Private pension, life assurance and more **Essential Skills** Strong IT skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
