This is a **temporary,** band 3 (**12.75ph**), NHS Temporary Staffing Booking Coordinator role, with an NHS Trust in South London. Evening and weekend work will be required on a shift basis for around 2-3 months duration. The postholderwill be required on-site 5 days a week for the first few weeks, with a view of introducing 2 days working from home, however, this is not guaranteed, so must be willing to be on-site 5 days.

**Description**

Band 3, NHS Temporary Staffing Booking Coordinator:

- Good administrator.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Role will be utilising a computer based system to fill and amend shifts.
- Liaising with agencies to find suitable staff to fill shifts across all staff groups - Medical, A&C, Nursing and AHP.
- Speaking with managers on a daily basis regarding their shifts.
- Service is 7 days a week so would be expected to do shifts with late shift finishing at 9pm, as well as working on the weekends. Late shifts and weekend work will most likely be remote working.
- ASAP start for at least 2-3 months.
