Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator

**About Our Client**:
My Client are Building Services and construction contractors who provide planned and reactive maintenance in the Rail, Education, Health, Local Authority and Church sectors as well-performing small civil engineering works across the South and East of England.
- To manage incoming reactive maintenance help desk jobs on various contracts:
- Raising, allocating, reviewing and signing off.
- Raising remedial jobs
- Liaising with engineers
- Input data on to the system
- Monitor the system and progress both reactive and PPM jobs
- Ensure KPI's are maintained at 95% or higher
- Cost jobs on the system
- Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Must have helpdesk experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Confident, calm, logical approach, organised - the working environment can be quite fast paced
- Computer literate
- Excellent telephone manner
