Job Title:Help desk Coordinator

**Salary**: £11.54 per hour
Location: St Albans
Contract: Temporary-Permanent (full time)
Hours: Mon - Fri
- 08.30 - 17.30 pm
COMPANY PROFILE

Our client has been established for over 20 years. Due to recent expansion to continue their growth, they are seeking a Help desk Coordinator to join their team in their St Albans branch.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a Help desk and or Scheduling of Engineers position is essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills including proficient user of Word and Outlook as well as using in house systems
- Able to work on own initiative

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage incoming help desk jobs
- Schedule and plan engineers diaries
- Working to set KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Price jobs on their in-house system
- Up sell and cross-sell to existing clientele
ADDITONAL INFORMATION
- Immediate start dates available
- Weekly Pay
- Pension
