A position has become available for a **_Part Time Receptionist_** in our busy spa.

We are a busy Holistic and Beauty Salon based in the heart of Chester, with over 25 years in the City and providing expert, professional treatments. Our Retreat is nestled in the historic Rows and provides treatments with brands such as ; **Dermalogica, OPI, Aromatherapy Associates & CACI.**
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Have an exceptional high standard in communication skills.
- Be passionate about providing a high standard of customer care.
- Work well in a team and be able to direct team members
- Have some knowledge of the Beauty industry
- Have experience with a computerised booking system
- Knowledge in Dermalogica & Aromatherapy Associates is preferred but not essential.
- Be able to handle spa & retail sales
- Be confident in handling customer queries.
- Be confident in handling social media

Training provided & excellent salary

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: £9.70-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chester, CH1 2SA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
