We have a fantastic opportunity **Part Time Spa Receptionist** to join our Spa Team here at Rowton Hall.

We are seeking an individual who will provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintain the highest levels of service standards at all times. You will be responsible for greeting guests in a warm friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face to face or over the telephone. Duties will include retailing products, diary management, general administration, Spa Butler duties including pool testing.

**The ideal Spa Receptionist will have**:

- Experience as a Spa Receptionist in a 4 star hotel
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Well presented
- Strong customer satisfaction background
- Be reliable, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have outstanding customer care skills
- Have a passion for retailing and achieving daily KPI and retail targets
- Exemplary people skills
- Eye for details
- Be local with own transport as this is a live-out role

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist with Passion, Energy and Warmth.

All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including Weekdays, Weekends and Bank Holiday

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
