Crabwall Manor Hotel and Spa has an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Receptionist to join our Spa & Leisure Team.

**Who are we?**

Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa is a 4* hotel set just 2 miles from Chester City Centre. We offer the perfect escape for those wanting a relaxing spa break, be it as a member, day visitor or residential guest.

**What’s the role?**

You will be the first point of contact for our Spa & Leisure guests and members and will be responsible for creating memorable guest journeys.

The post holder will have a great phone manner as well as face to face interaction, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation. We need real ambassadors of our company who are committed to consistently delivering high standards and ensuring our guests feel relaxed and pampered.
