We are a busy Holistic and Beauty Salon with over 29 years in the heart of Chester City Centre,and have just opened our second salon. Our Retreat is nestled in the historic Rows and provides treatments with brands such as ; **Dermalogica, OPI, Aromatherapy Associates & CACI.**

We now have a position available for a receptionist/front of house host in our new salon, this role will include handling purchases, booking guests in, ensuring the smooth running of our diary system and day to day treatments. **YOU MUST** have an interest or be familiar with Beauty treatments and the product ranges we sell, as you will also be required to advise guests.
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Have a dynamic & approachable personality
- Have an exceptional high standard in communication skills.
- Be passionate about providing a high standard of customer care.
- Work well in a team and be able to take a lead & direct team members
- Have some knowledge of the Beauty industry
- Be confident in making decisions & organising bookings for guests
- Have experience with a computerised booking system
- Knowledge in Dermalogica & Aromatherapy Associates is preferred but not essential.
- Be able to handle spa & retail sales
- Be confident in handling customer queries.
- Training provided & excellent salary

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.90-£12.00 per hour
