Purchase Ledger Administrator

**About the role**
With the support of our Purchase Ledger Manager, you will own the end-to-end process of fully integrating new acquisitions across to Portman's ways of working, this will include:
- invoice processing
- weekly payment runs
- processing patient refunds
- developing relationships across the business to ensure practices receive the necessary attention and that their queries are resolved efficiently
- the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of tasks completed by the Finance team
**About you**
- working in a purchase ledger function
- working with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- coordinating projects or workstreams from initiation to completion
- working in a business facing role and/or relevant experience of internal communications
- using Microsoft Excel to a good standard
