**Sales Ledger**

**Reporting directly to - Credit Controller**

**Main Duties**
- Daily processing of customer account payments
- Processing credits to customer accounts - Returns, Overcharges etc.
- Producing copy Invoices, delivery/collect tickets when requested
- Processing and opening New Credit/Cash accounts
- Month End process - Sending Invoices, Statements and Letters,
- Weekly/daily processing Invoices from advice notes
- Credit stop day - Putting accounts on stop for non-payment
- Liaising with Sales Managers and Internal staff to resolve any customer account issues
- Converting quotes from the sales teams and setting prices up on the customer accounts
- Daily collection of paperwork from trading departments & transport

**Other Duties include**:

- Collection and distribution of post
- Tasks as requested by senior management
- General administration
- Reception cover for holidays/sickness

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
