As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of their procurement process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that the procurement process aligns with our business needs while adhering to budget constraints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate, review, and process purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain an organised database of suppliers, products, and pricing information..
- Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement requirements and provide support in sourcing the right products/services.
- Assist in analysing market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or payments.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to procurement activities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within in an Administration ideally within purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
