Customer Service Representative

We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative and are looking for the right person to join our brilliant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts covering all processes from order placement and logistics to billing. You will deliver effective interaction with support functions and provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates excellent customer service skills with an effective communication style. Previous experience in managing customer accounts is required, preferably with awareness of processes and procedures relating to order placement and knowledge of customs and VAT compliance.
The ability to build good working relations is key to this role, as you will work with a number of stakeholders including customers, sales professionals, and service suppliers. As a skilled professional you will be committed to delivering great service. Other areas include accurate completion of activities to ensure full compliance to internal and external standards; management of the customer invoicing process; and effective complaints resolution to help deliver a positive customer experience.
Competence in Office 365 particularly Excel to manage data sets is key. Experience of using business systems such as CRM, BI and other relevant software, as well as SAP, would be advantageous.
