We are an established, fast growing and dynamic company, funding carbon and energy saving schemes in the home improvement sector. We work with major utility companies helping them meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO) targets.

To help us continue our success, we are recruiting an additional Customer Service Administrator, to join our busy team on a permanent basis, at our offices in Stockton-on-Tees.

**The Role**
Working in the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for contacting new customers converting lead calls to surveys. As a company, we do not cold call or pressure sell; all leads are generated through a returned contact form, so the individual you’re speaking to is expecting your call.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential and training will be provided on our internal systems.

You duties will include but are not limited to;
- Developing lead generation calls into customer surveys
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions
- Undertake the logging and accurate record keeping of the customer’s dissatisfaction or escalation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns

Skills;
- Experience within a previous sales role is preferred
- Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Complaint handling experience would be preferred but not essential

This role will be full time 40 hours, on a weekly rota of 8:30am-5pm W1, 10:30am-7pm W2.

Flexibility towards the business needs is required along with Saturday working, on a rota basis (one in three). In return, we a competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package, plus the opportunity to grow and progress alongside us

Starting salary for this position is £24,000 per annum. Saturdays and overtime paid at time and a quarter.
