Customer Service Representative/administrator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain detailed records via the company’s Customer Relationship Management database on all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Sales Team to enter quotations, enter sales orders, technical drawing requests, expedites, and other internal processes and administration as needed.
- Coordinate with the company’s Administrative Department to ensure all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and VAT documentation is processed fluidly.
- This is an office based role within a team and not hybrid working.

- Education and Qualifications:
- Two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
