**Are you an experienced customer service Teal Leader who would love to join a award winning organisation in Kent Aylesford?**
**Principle purpose of position (Summary)**:
To provide leadership to the team acting as a positive role model at all times. To be able to motivate, support and mentor staff.Have the ability to train and improve staff skills through one to one training. Be able to make decisions and ensure the smoothrunning of the department.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- To be a main point of contact.
- Ensure all Pricing and Price increases are actioned.
- Achieve the level of sales and have the tools to sell readily available.
- Ensure that telephone sales representatives and Admin team are briefed daily.
- Monitor the phone system and run stats.
- Liaise with other departments, ASMs etc
- To support the Telesales team when dealing with customer complaints.
- Organise and delegate team to cover busy periods, including lunchtimes.
- Errors, BEY report, Weight & Suspends orders, workload, figures/sales.
- Training new employees.
- Manage the Epsy system
- Have an understating of DFDS orders.
- Be able to book customers orders in.
- Understand the lunchtime and day end process.
- Ensure all new accounts are actioned in a timely manner and all new leads are done and recorded.

**Accountabilities**:

- Ensure Company regulations & procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Ensure staff receive relevant training, product knowledge.
- Call lists & work load
- Support manager and deputy manager
- Ensure the department works as a team
