**Primary Responsibilities**
- Calculating overdue invoices
- Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
- Negotiating re-payment plans
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
- Providing accounts information to internal departments
- Progressing claims through small claims court online

**Other Duties**
- Monitors aging levels, waive fee facility and unapplied cash to meet collection goals and to improve cash cycle.
- Resolves issues and escalates issues as needed to the Accounts Manager.

**Required Skills**:

- Good Communication skills both written and spoken.
- Intermediate excel skills (i.e., pivot tables & VLOOKUP’s).
- Positive attitude and the ability to see a project through to its completion.
- Enthusiasm, drive and the desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Desire to overachieve targets on a monthly basis.
- Accuracy with record keeping and taking a general pride in your work.
