An opportunity has arisen within the Reeds Rains Lettings Client Accounts Department for a Direct Debit Administrator to join the team.
- Following company procedures to recover unpaid rents from current Tenants via our automated Direct Debit systems.
- Liaison with staff with all internal departments as required in particular The Letting Centre and Branch.
- Preparation of statistical reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required.
- Responsible for producing, analysing and requesting daily direct debit collection including investigating individual cases as necessary
- Creating and distributing reports of unsuccessful collection to relevant departments.
- Processing Rent Reviews, change of bank detail and managing direct debit accounts.
- Maintaining Direct Debit systems including setting up and cancelling direct debits.
**Benefits and General Information**:
- Basic Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Department Operational hours between 09.00 am to 17:30 pm Monday to Friday.
- Holiday entitlement is 20 days (increases by 1 day for each full calendar year of service up to a maximum of 25)
