We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to focus on the UK healthcare sector, and in particular NHS organisations. This position involves working with NHS organisations to create new opportunities for Zoom services that help them provide video, telephony, room systems and online meeting needs.

The NHS is one of the fastest growing vertical markets at Zoom and a major focus vertical for us. To support the NHS as they work to provide patients with effective and secure digital care, Zoom is DTAC and DCB0129 ready with a DSP Toolkit in place. Zoom has integrations with electronic patient record systems. The sector presents a unique opportunity for someone with deep experience in selling video solutions to the NHS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet or exceed sales objectives
- Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required
- Create client presentations and proposals
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior stakeholders
- Utilise solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
- Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
- Utilise CRM solution to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
- Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities / challenges, and provide recommended solutions
- Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate
- Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
- Leverage key customer relationships for video testimonials and case studies

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience working with UK healthcare organisations at the enterprise sales level
- Extensive experience providing technology solutions for the NHS
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement frameworks and commercial vehicles
- Extensive, demonstrable, experience of selling solutions and large complex, enterprise license agreements into the NHS is preferred.
- Solid understanding of the partner ecosystem within the healthcare market
- Experienced in selling either Workplace Productivity solutions, Video or Web Collaboration, Traditional or Cloud telephony or any other Cloud solution.
- Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn
- This position requires experience prospecting net new logos, develop and maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations / large projects
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
- Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
- Proven client satisfaction, proven track record, & strong team player
- Experience conducting product demonstrations with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
- Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
- Must be detail oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Strong Internet research skills
