**Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator**
**Location: Hybrid role, working from home with travel to a BCA Hook**
**Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + benefits (Dependent on Experience)**
**Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday**
BCA’s Group IT function provides a group-wide shared service, including the delivery of IT and digital products. Over the last 5 years BCA has expanded its product portfolio to support all parts of the Automotive Value Chain across both the UK and Europe and as such, we require an experienced Salesforce Developer to continue to increase our strength in this growing team.
As a Salesforce Administrator you will report into the group’s Head of CRM, and serve as the day to day technology leader for BCA’s Salesforce estate, providing support to both external customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with our commercial and operations teams, you will lead the product development team to execute against our strategy and deliver the right commercial outcomes and customer benefits.
As a Salesforce Administrator you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to working directly with our product design team and engineers to implement new features & iterate upon feedback. You will use your start-up mind-set and your full range of product development skills to produce elegantly simple features that align to both business & product outcomes. You’ll be expected to push the boundaries of what’s possible, while sharing in our healthy obsession for product, quality and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as part of a team of administrators for a Salesforce environment with 300+ users.
- Handle all standard administrative functions including but not limited to user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
- Manage/collaborate on Salesforce data feeds and other integrations.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and configuration of new feature requests.
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Work with management teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, configuration, and change management activities.
- Assist in training of new users, and growing both awareness of Salesforce as well as skills across the organization.
- Work independently with members of the user/analysis community to define, input and document requirements as well as process mapping documents.
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 + years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive experience in both Lightning and Classic.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
