**Who you are**

You are a person who likes to seek out new opportunities daily. You’re a fast-moving, tech savvy, self-motivated pro who’s passionate about your customers’ success. You crave a challenge, and nothing energizes you more than rolling up your sleeves with a new one.

**What you will do**:

- Work to achieve maximum new sales velocity, revenue growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and accounts.
- Work with the BDR team and independently, build a healthy pipeline through prospecting and customer or partners’ referrals.
- Manage prospects throughout the entire sales journey, and collaborate with team members in business development, solution architects, customer success, and others to uncover and provide customers with all their needs.
- Foster a deep understanding of product offerings and competitive landscape and create proposals encompassing all aspects of the sale leveraging best practice sales methods such as MEDDPICC.
- Engage well through video or travel to customers’ location to cultivate relationships and evolve opportunities.
- Negotiate and close complex deals

**Requirements**:
**What You'll Need**
- 5+ years experience growing pipeline and selling enterprise IT solutions.
- A strong business acumen, past technical knowledge an advantage
- Experience pitching senior decision makers including C Suite as well as talking to technical target audience
- Deep knowledge related to account planning (such as MEDDPIC or similar methodologies), marketing and sales metrics
- Experienced using salesforce and other CRM and prospecting tools
- Proven track record of over-achievement
- Open to Travel to customer locations, as needed
**Nice to have’s**
- Knowledge of Open Source, Cloud, Systems Infrastructure, DevOps environments
- Second language - German, French and/or Scandinavian languages are an advantage
