**Job Function**
To support the Technical Team in managing and maintaining Technical systems and processes with specific emphasis on Customer Complaint management. Responsible for compiling the relevant technical information for business reports
Main responsibilities
Management of Customer Complaints
- Manage the customer complaints receipt and handling process.
- Liaise directly with Scotbeef’s customers in the event of a customer complaint query.
- Upload complaints onto the company’s internal systems
- Complete the weekly trackers and relevant spreadsheets.
- Ensure trending is completed
- Manage the complaint investigation process
- Business Reporting - compile technical information for the various business reports
- Export Documentation - support the technical team in compiling and uploading the documentation required for product exports
- Food safety and quality policies and procedures - support the Technical team in maintaining Food Safety & Quality policies and Procedures.
- Assist in conducting internal audits
- Ensure consistent and timely attendance at work
- Support the production teams in meeting customer orders during peak periods
- Provide pro
- and re-active and supportive verbal and written communication to team members, supervisors and managers
- To support in the management and implementation of Technical Projects.
Skills required

Accreditation Food Hygiene equivalent at minimum level 2 - required to deliver minimum level 3 in role

- Awareness of ETI Base Code/Sedex, BRC and ISO standards and has proven record of and skillset for delivering compliance
- Speaking, writing and understanding excellent spoken and written English language. (This is an essential health & safety, traceability, management and quality control requirement which will be tested as part of the recruitment process)
- Good numeracy skills
