- The Energy Unit, specifically the Power, Process & Nuclear division are recruiting for an **Technical Assistant / Administration** to provide support to the team based in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you’ll be working with colleagues committed to delivering excellence to our clients.**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Development Director / Strategic Development Manager (SDM) in their daily duties
- Support the Development team in the production of monthly Defence Account Leader reports.
- Management of Future Opportunities SharePoint Sites and coordination of stakeholder contributions, through rigorous information and document control process
- Coordinate capture and bid activities in support of SDM in line with WIN Bid processes
- Support to internal and external PPN marketing campaigns working with MML Campaign marketing as PPN content input.
- Support to Case Study, compilation, writing and development.
- Support to PPN Defence Nuclear Business Development Monthly reporting
- Support the Technical teams or departments in their daily duties.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Timesheets - keeping records and issuing to clients and agents on behalf of contractors.
- Coordinating training
- Support to invoicing
- Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information and that this information is accurate
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

**About you**:

- Excellent computer skills across wide-ranging software packages
- Ability to undertake tasks using own initiative
