Lettings Administrator

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our growing team in Leeds.
With this role, it’s not all about experience within Estate Agency or Administration, it’s about personality, organisational skills, the ability to multi task and work in a past pace environment.
It’s such an exciting role as its all about learning from in-house process to industry legislation.
Ideally, the working pattern would be 20-24 hours a week working either:
A) Monday 09:00 till 17:30, Wednesday 09:00 till 17:30, Friday 09:00 till 16:30 and Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota basis working 09:00 - 13:00.
B) Monday, Wednesday and Friday working 09:30 till 15:00 and Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rota basis working 09:00 - 13:00.
Your core responsibilities would be:
- Lettings pipeline progression including tenant referencing and preparation of move in paperwork
- Compliance checks
- Payment mark offs & allocation
- Tenant liaison
- Tenancy deposit registration
- Filing and archive
The role would be to assist with these administrative tasks across our South, North and West Yorkshire departments. Whilst based at our flagship Leeds office in Headingley, you may be requested to occasionally travel to our South Yorkshire hub but prior notice would be given. Due to this, having a full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Mileage to and from other hub offices (not your base office) would be paid for via an expenses claim.

**Salary**: £11,897.60-£14,277.12 per year
