**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including performance marketing, social media management, and copywriting
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on insights
- Knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: £27,642.00-£29,595.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Poole: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
