We’re looking for a results-focused **Digital Marketing Specialist** with proven expertise in **SEO** and **PPC** to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analysing data, optimising campaigns, and pushing performance to the next level. You’ll work across a range of client accounts and internal projects, contributing to strategies that deliver real ROI.

As our new Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in performing SEO either in-house, freelance or from another agency. Your role will be planning strategy and implementing SEO activity for our range of B2C and B2B clients. You will have support of the wider marketing team which includes our Account Managers and other specialists to ensure you are able to achieve our clients’ goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO**
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Carry out keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO audits, and link-building campaigns.
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and ideally social platforms too.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO and paid media.

**About You**:

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in both execution and strategy
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc.) and strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Remarketing.
- Experience with paid social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications desirable.
