Digital Marketing ExecutivePoole HQ | £35-40K DOE | Full-Time | PermanentMonday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pmAn exciting opportunity for a results-driven creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our clients Head Office located in Poole.As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content (they have their own studio) across all channels including social, paid media, email, content, and website performance.Creating and managing digital campaigns, website content to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and ultimately increase sales.Duties will include:Social Media, Video & Content Distribution* Managing organic and paid content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook/Meta, and X.* Building engaging post calendars with a mix of product, problem-solving, proof (case studies), and people content.* Run paid campaigns to promote high-value content and retarget key segments.* Monitor post-performance, follower trends, and engagement metrics to sharpen strategy.* Use the in-house studio to capture product walk-throughs, customer videos.* Publish and repurpose content across video, blogs, email, and paid ads to extend impact.Supporting/driving Email Marketing & Automation, create content, build and schedule campaigns* Write and design email content that drives clicks, replies, and results.* Segment audiences, use A/B testing and performance data to refine timing, messaging, and subject lines.* Track performance by open rate, click-through, lead conversion, and revenue contribution.* Manage tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, and link performance back to CRM and pipeline health* Support with optimising all paid channels-Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Meta platforms.* Build and manage remarketing campaigns that re-engage high-intent users.Website, SEO & Conversion Optimisation* Support WordPress-based websites across brands-keep them fast, functional, and conversion-focused.* Implement/support SEO best practices - depending on candidates' level of understandingData, Attribution & Marketing Performance* Own reporting across GA4, SEO tools, LinkedIn Ads, and email platforms.* Report and share insights and recommendations -weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific.Skills & Profile* Demonstrated experience in creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive revenue* Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and SEM strategies with a focus on revenue generation* Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making* Experience with A/B testing and website optimisation tools* Results driven and commercially focused* Proficiency in graphic design software for creating compelling visual content* Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Demonstrated experience in creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive revenueINDCP
