Here at **Advanced Supply Chain,** we are looking for an **Account Coordinator **to join our team in **Bradford**. You will join us on a **full time, permanent**basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£20,000 - £24,000 per annum**, plus a generous benefits package

As our **Account Coordinator, **you will be providing ongoing support and excellent service to one of our main accounts within the homeware industry. You will be working alongside our Key Account Managers in helping to resolve queries, whilstaiming to understand and align our key account’s requirements and communicating with wider teams to make sure these are fulfilled within a timely manner. You’ll also be working closely with the operations team to make sure any KPIs outlined by our customersare being met.

**Your responsibilities as our Account Coordinator will include**:

- Scheduling regular meetings with customers to support all activity and proactively seeking to resolve any issues
- Understanding and tracking progress against SLA’s
- Being present and part of the team to help problem solve and make decisions daily to overcome blocks that prevent meeting the customers' required expectations and ASCG commitments
- Producing accurate reporting and data, and identifying and recognising key areas for improvements from the data
- Manging the incoming customer queries inbox on behalf of the account management team, escalating any queries if required to the wider team

**What we’re looking for in our Account Coordinator**:

- The ability to understand and identify the key needs of our well-valued customers and develop ongoing practical solutions
- Good Excel skills and the ability to use business systems tools
- Previous experience working across key accounts
- An exceptional individual with strong B2B sales environment experience Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills

This role would suit someone who is looking to further develop their career and look to move to an Account Manager role as part of their future ambitions.
