**Ferno** has an opportunity for a **Sales and Administration Coordinator** to join our friendly team. Due to continued growth of the Company, we are now looking for an experienced **Internal Sales and Administration Coordinator** to be based at our offices in **Cleckheaton**. Joining us on a**full-time, permanent basis**, you will receive a **competitive salary, plus excellent benefits.**

Established over 50 years ago, Ferno are a world-leading manufacturer of Emergency Medical Solutions and Vehicle Telematics systems for the Emergency Medical Services including Ambulance, Fire & Rescue Services, Police, Hospitals and other major industriesthroughout the UK.

**Key Responsibilities as our Sales and Administration Coordinator**:

- Process quotations
- Working with our externa sales team chase and update the sales pipeline
- Provide weekly sales reports for the external sales team
- Updating the CRM system
- Working closely with our external field-based sales team and be there daily point of contact
- Provide excellent customer service
- Dealing with customer enquiries and queries
- Upselling promotional and new products and also service contracts on in/outbound calls
- All aspects of administration duties related to the Customer Service, Internal Sales and FernoCare Department
- Making outbound calls to existing customers and lapsed accounts to generate sales
- Previous Internal sales and administration experience is **essential**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of a CRM system
- Be able to prioritise workload and work under pressure in a busy sales office environment
- Comfortable talking to customers with a confident telephone manner
- Ability to work and relate to people at all levels
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Works well as part of a team
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be desirable, but not essential
- Beneficial to have worked with the ERP XA system, but not essential
- Export administration would be desirable, but not essential
- You must live within a commutable distance to Cleckheaton
