Our client are a market leader in developing innovative water solutions across all sectors of industry.

A requirement has become available for a Sales Administrator within the UK&I Service Business.

The primary responsibilities will be to work with our customers to ensure orders and service, both planned and emergency maintenance, are undertaken in a timely and effective manner.

This role will support the existing Treatment aftermarket team to ensure our customers' experience, internally and externally.

The position is an initial 3 month temporary position with the view to move into a permanent role thereafter.

The role will be based out of their Nottingham office but this role can support home working also and flexible start and finish times.

**Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities**:

- Processing of spares order via the AS400 system from start to finish including; customer order processing, raising of supplier purchase orders, liaising with customers to ensure they are kept up to date of dispatch and delivery of orders, and maintainingaccuracy of orders to enable invoicing
- To assist with credit control of customers associated with the spares products and services.
- Administration of the Treatment service scheduling activities; raising of customer & supplier orders, issuing of service dates & RAMS, scheduling and maintaining the service planner
- Liaising with service and project delivery teams to ensure efficient utilisation of Xylem's Treatment service engineers
- Maintain the order backlog report to ensure orders are forecasted in correct month
- Processing of spares & service customer order invoicing
- Working closely with the Treatment Aftermarket Lead to ensure all orders are forecasted correctly

**Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification**:

- Preferably experience/background in Administration, customer service & Service Scheduling
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage several live projects at one time
