**The Role**
Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting an professional global business with their search for a Customer Coordinator to support their US market.As the Coordinator you will have responsibility for ensuring that projects completing their delivery phaseare accepted into the Service Desk team with all key information completed including Documentation, Monitoring systems, Asset information and any other key information in line with internal processes for all Global regions. The Coordinator will communicatewith the delivery function throughout the delivery phase to be in a position to plan effectively the handover of projects into the Service Desk, ensuring there is a smooth and managed process ensuring. In addition the necessary teams have the correct levelsof resource in place to receipt any upcoming project information.
**Duties**:
- Attendance at any delivery meetings representing the Service Desk/Coordination team
- Review and track, projects both in delivery and coming out of delivery phases.
- Production of monthly reports on demonstrating planned handover projects or any current issues/progress.
- Assist to ensure SLA’s are achieved
- Understanding and accreditation of ITIL Change, problem, and Incident management best practice.
- Assist in the handling of major incidents from a service desk perspective.
- Ensure resource is adequately planned and communicated.
**The Person**
**Experience /Skills**:
- Strong proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong Experience of ITIL V3
- Exposure to Mobile network technologies
- Excellent communication skills, specifically dealing with staff at all levels both internally and externally
- Excellent documentation skills with experience of creating support documentation for users with full audit trail
- Experience of working within an ITIL Environment both mature organization and the ability to develop
