Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to callers
- Gather and analyze information from callers to determine their needs
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

Note: Previous experience as a Call/Contact Centre Advisor or in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.

Working hours are on a fixed rota basis of

Monday to Friday 8.00 -17.00 and 9.00 - 18.00 with alternate Saturday working from 8.00 - 13.00

Pay: £27,100.00 per year
