We’re looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join our support our Imaging department at the Lister Hospital in London. Working closely with the wider team you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department through the booking of appointments and general administrative support.
It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to step away from the traditional Contact Centre role and move into a rewarding role where everything you do plays a role in helping others manage their health and wellbeing.
**What you’ll do**:
- Support with the booking of diagnostic imaging procedures in multiple departments across the Lister campus facilities
- Enter and edit entries in the hospital patient appointment database
- Advise patients on the necessary clinical preparation for their appointment
- Provide administrative support to the team and respond to telephone queries
**What you’ll bring**:
- Previous experience of working in a target driven environment
- Excellent customer service
- Computer literate
- Great written and verbal communication skills
