- Key Responsibilities:_
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage the recruitment calendar and ensure timely communication of interview details.
- Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate pre-employment assessments.
**Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure job postings are up-to-date on various platforms.
**Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and files.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics.
**Process Improvement**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures, working on ad-hoc projects.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with Linked-in and other social media platforms
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
