I am looking for a recruitment coordinator to join the team of an Educational company based in Cambridge. You will be responsible for planning and executing the recruitment of temporary staff. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a volume recruitmentproject from beginning to end.
**What’s on offer?**
- Salary up to £28,000
- Hybrid working available
- 35 hour working week. Monday - Friday
- 25 days Annual leave per year plus 8 public holidays. Increasing with long service.

**Main Responsibilities Include**:
- Project planning
- Preparing and posting job adverts
- Developing the recruitment management system to effectively support and enhance the recruitment process
- Scheduling and carrying out interviews and making post-interview recommendations
- Ensuring all contractual documents are issued and completed
- Processing references and DBS checks
- Coordinating centre staff employment dates
- Carrying out all pre-employment checks and organising staff schedules in preparation for the centres opening
- Ensuring that recruitment consistently achieves the standard set out in British Council/English UK guidelines
- Visiting sites to support, monitor and evaluate the success of the recruitment campaign
**Essential Requirements**:
- Experience with recruitment including screening and interviewing
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly organised
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and able to take initiative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable Requirements
- Experience of carrying out HR pre-employment checks (e.g. right to work checks, references etc.)
- Experience in processing background checks including DBS and police checks
- Experience dealing with high volume recruitment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as e-ploy
