**Recruitment Advisor**
Cambridge based - hybrid working
Salary - up to £42,000 plus 33 days holiday plus bank holidays and generous pension
We are recruiting a Recruitment Advisor for a leading third sector organisation based in Cambridge.
This role reports to the Resourcing Manager and oversees a team of HR Coordinators.
You will be managing a high volume of senior level roles therefore you will be used to managing senior stakeholders in the organisation.
Roles will include - professors, clinical and non-clinical academics and senior researchers.
As well as being an expert recruiter, you will also enjoy coaching and developing your people.
**About you?**
You will be an experienced Recruiter who is educated to A’level standard, ideally with your CIPD qualification or working towards it. Any experience of working in the NHS or a medical environment would be an advantage. You will be a strong influencer and communicatorwho enjoys building relationships with your team.
