Due to continued growth, we have a full-time opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team at Head Office in Downham Market. This role is being offered Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5 pm 40 hours per week.

**What you'll be doing...**

In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of administration (including daily reporting and communications with our client as well as staff) and will be instrumental in the development and implementation of new processes.
- Monitors all assigned works ensuring all orders are processed promptly

We are looking for a team player, with a positive and proactive work ethic and the ability to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Experience in utilising a portal system is an advantage
- Experience in collating Health and Safety information
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks within deadline
- An ability to coordinate and work efficiently as part of a larger team
