**Office Administrator / QA - West Norfolk - Excellent package**
Our client has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Office Administrator with a desire to move into a hybrid Quality Assurance role. The company is a major manufacturer with a beautiful office housing a friendly team based in West Norfolk.
The role will suit an individual with several years administration background, ideally with an existing QA bias and a desire to move their career further in that direction.
**The role**:
- Booking on new enquiries & creating workflows
- Liaise with clients regarding product delivery dates
- Document control (electronic filing, distribution etc.)
- Organise, attend and minute various meetings
- Maintain Company policies as necessary
- Support external QA consultant with daily requirements
- Arrange & co-ordinate BSI audit meetings
- Send out and record customer feedback questionnaires
- Complete customer & supplier pre-qualification questionnaires
- Record & follow up non-conformance reports with root cause analysis
- Assist with other general/QA administration duties
This position will require you to have a proactive attitude, keen eye for detail and an adaptable approach.
**Rewards**:
- Salary £25k to £29.5k - dependant on experience
- 20 days holiday - Rising to 25
