SOS Homecare provides a person-centred service to clients in their own homes. We enable clients to live independently as possible. The role of a Care Coordinator is to, conduct supervisions, spot checks, appraisals, support the team with the allocation of calls, participate in the on call rota, complete Care Plans and Risk Assessments.

The position will be based in the office but the area we currently cover is Urmston, Stretford and Flixton.

Due to the needs of the role we are only looking for drivers, with access to their own vehicle insured for business.

Please note, this role is not 9-5, there is an expectation you will be available out of hours to help cover care and to conduct spot checks on staff that may not work in the daytime, because of this flexible working arrangements are available. Days off will be given during the week should you be required to work over the weekend. The office currently works 8am until 4pm.

**Salary**: £20,654.40 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
