Care Coordinator Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Salary : £28 000 per year Hours : 40 hours per week Location : Manchester Job Scope Our client is looking for a dedicated Care Coordinator to join their growing healthcare team. The Care Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring clients receive exceptional, person-centred care within agreed timescales. This role involves scheduling staff, maintaining accurate records, and supporting effective communication between clients, care professionals, and families. The Care Coordinator will manage care rotas, ensure all visits are appropriately covered, and maintain compliance with CQC standards. They will work closely with field staff, providing them with up-to-date information and support to deliver quality care. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident using scheduling systems, and motivated to build strong relationships with both clients and staff. This role requires a compassionate approach, a clear understanding of healthcare legislation, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Do you have?
