Future Industrial Services employs over 260 staff across the country with depots in Liverpool, Honiton, Rugby, Hull, Berwick-upon-Tweed and several more.
We currently have a vacancy for an Operational Support Administrator. This is a full time, Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700, based in our regional office in Honiton. Reporting to the Transport Manager, the role will involve you liaising with operational staff, customers and suppliers and being responsible for providing full admin support to one or more managers of our operational divisions. You will also carry out a range of other tasks in support if the depot offices such as invoicing, opening post, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, photocopying, scanning, filing etc.
We are looking for someone who has had at least 2 years’ experience of working in a general office-based role. You must be good at using Word, Excel and Outlook as well as accurate typing/data entry skills. As the role can fast paced and quite diverse, you must be able to work without supervision, meet tight deadlines, have good communications skills and have a positive attitude to help others in the teams.
