Full-time contract, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. Competitive salary.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- An in-depth understanding of all social media platforms and scheduling tools
- You will need to have ½ years minimum in a social media role
- Ideally from a hospitality background in marketing
- Ability to use Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software
- Strong copywriting skills
- Experienced in taking photography with a digital SLR preferable
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Previous experience in a social media or marketing role is preferred

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Social Media & Marketing Executive, you will report to the Marketing Manager. You will manage the day-to-day delivery of activity across our social media and marketing channels within the hospitality arm of the business, which includes The Wild Rabbit, The Fox and The Maytime. You will also be working closely with the Creative Content Manager and feeding into the wider business social media strategy.

This is a role that will take you away from your desk, building relationships and working closely with our teams on the ground to tell the stories of our award-winning pubs and bring them to life through show-stopping content.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To own channels for The Wild Rabbit, The Fox and The Maytime, coordinating with teams across the various sites
- The role is a 75% social media / 25% marketing split - you will be focusing primarily on running our pub social accounts, whilst also supporting complementary marketing initiatives.
- To oversee the day-to-day management of our social content calendar for all three pubs
- To create a variety of engaging visual content to sit across our social channels - writing captions, building graphic and visual stories, capturing imagery, and filming and editing short videos
- To engage with our online audience, identify key trends and interests, and respond to feedback
- To report on and analyse organic growth across all channels
- To oversee seasonal menu updates
- To help compile and update marketing material including promotional collateral for guests
- To assist on monthly reporting requirements
- To create engaging written content for our online journals
