**Main purpose of job**:
As the Social Media Executive, you will take full responsibility for all our social channels. Your role will be to ensure that content is maintained at a high-quality level, engaging our audience, and keeping the brand at the forefront of the industry.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage and take the lead on our social channels, optimising and creating organic social content for platforms that include TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create compelling content for paid social ads to drive engagement and conversions.
- Own the social media content calendars, creating social-first content that aligns with business priorities.
- Brief the creative team on asset creation where appropriate to ensure high quality and on-brand visuals.
- Develop our influencer and brand ambassador programmes to drive engagement and audience growth.
- Visit properties to gather photo and video content for social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and assist where necessary on content graphics or video editing projects.
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice and branding across all social content.
- Create performance, trends, and competitor insights reports. Analyse and provide insights to deliver improvements for future content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies.

**Person Specification**:

- Adobe skills and video editing skills are desirable.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Senior Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, Content Executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for content creation.
- Be able to adapt to the tone of voice of the business to ensure this is shown and consistent in all content.
