**Role Overview**

The **Social Media & Marketing Coordinator** will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand across digital channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, results-driven individual to take ownership of our social media presence, lead branding efforts, and drive marketing strategies for a group that prioritizes both innovation and tradition in the hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with in-house teams for live coverage of events, special offers, and menu updates.
- **Branding and Content Creation**:

- Create and manage visual and written content that embodies the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Work with photographers and graphic designers as needed to produce high-quality, eye-catching visuals.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Design and implement marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic and online engagement.
- Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies for special events, menu launches, and seasonal promotions.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media and campaign performance, using insights to optimize future efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience** in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality, food, or entertainment sectors.
- **Creativity** with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management tools, and basic design/photo editing software.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects and locations simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- **Passion** for food, beverage, and local hospitality - you love to showcase the spirit and atmosphere of our venues.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
