Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time/Freelance)

Location: Hybrid (must be able to travel for shoots)

The Role:

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a part-time/freelance basis. You'll be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and managing short-form content across multiple social platforms.

This role is hybrid — some work can be done remotely, but you'll also need to travel to various shoot locations when needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Create engaging Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos for clients
  • Use editing softwares such as CapCut and Canva to edit and design high-quality visual content
  • Manage and post across clients' social media accounts
  • Review content performance and apply learnings to future posts
  • Work collaboratively with the Seal Social team and clients to bring creative ideas to life
  • Help creatively direct shoots and content strategy for each client

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience creating social media content (portfolio or examples required)
  • Strong skills in CapCut, Canva, and video editing
  • A solid understanding of current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A creative thinker who takes initiative and loves experimenting with new ideas
  • Must have access to transport for travel to shoots

Pay & Hours:

  • £15–£20 per hour (depending on experience and performance)
  • Flexible hours
