Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for this omni channel fashion retail business. The business has over 100 stores and strong presence online and also via their members club.

The business is looking for a Social Media Assistant to help in increasing social following and engagement across all channels whilst raising the awareness and positive perception of the brand.

The roles and responsibilities of this Social Media Coordinator position
Help produce a seasonal social media strategy and plan to drive footfall, traffic, and revenue
- Plan, produce copy and schedule the weekly social plan across all social channels
- Supporting the development and execution of a social media strategy, including paid advertising, relevant creative content, influencer marketing and blogger outreach.
- Lead the planning, creation, distribution and analysis of all social media marketing channels
- Utilise video and aspirational photography content through all social channels
- Drive increased engagement and fan growth through paid social activity
- Measure and report on social & influencer activity via Google analytics and social monitoring tools,

The requirements of this Social Media Assistant position
1 year + experience in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube.
- You must have experience in B2C environment for example in fashion, retail or eCommerce
- Paid social media marketing experience via Google shopping, Facebook advertising or influencer marketing
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work to a brief and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Creative copywriting skills essential
- A passion for content, blogs, online communities and social media essential
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
