Fostering Team Manager - Therapeutic IFA, home working£42,000 per annum + car allowance NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the North West of England in order to recruit for a FosteringTeam Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.In this role, you will be joining a therapeutic IFA with a very good reputation so you will be part of a very good working environment. You will have the flexibility to do some of the work from home. Responsibilities:TheFostering Team Manager will oversee a small but very stable team of about 6 Social Workers and a couple of therapists and educational consultants - the SSWs usually have a manageable caseload and they don't do out of hours.Benefits:
