You should have significant experience of child protection, court work,and working with complexity. You should also have experience of supervising and managing staff. Our Team Managers also play a crucial role in implementing our practice model, and work closelywith our Social Workers, Senior Practitioners and Service Managers in developing outstanding social work practice across the teams.As a Team Manager in Warrington you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience further as we support youon your own career development journey.Here in Warrington we are proud to be graded Good in all areas in our 2019 Ofsted inspection.
