**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide senior operational leadership and management of support and statutory services across a range of locally based and borough wide settings.
- Set, monitor and review performance standards to ensure targets and statutory requirements are met and plan and implement improvements to enhance performance.
- Lead, develop and implement service development and improvement activity to achieve high quality and high performance.
- Assess, specify, develop and deliver services in close collaboration with commissioners and health partners to ensure joint service development where appropriate delivering services that are integrated, inclusive, support market management and providevalue for money.
- Ensure there are systems in place to enable service user views to inform service delivery and any service improvements required.

**Experience preferred**:

- Post qualifying experience of working within a statutory Adults/Hospital team within the UK Social Care industry.

**The team**:

- Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
- This is a role within the Social Care industry

**Minimum Requirements**:

- HCPC Registration
- 1 year post qualifying experience within UK
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
